I did an internship for Blackmath during the summer of 2019. During my time there I got to jump on a lot of different client projects and work in a studio environment for one of the first times. Some of the projects I had the chance to work on included some concepts for their new website, an IRR visualization tool for a Harvard Business School professor, some face filters for the messenger team at Facebook, Kineticards, and a project called KidsTalk aimed at being a resource for kids to turn to do learn about weird and difficult topics.
Side scrolling introduction concept page I built for Blackmath. Paralax scrolls the text, the underline, and the background at different speeds for an effect that highlights a lot of Blackmath's work in a short time before entering the actual site.
One of the Kineticards that sat on my desk that I used for testing while I worked on coding the backend system that made the animations possible.
